What can you expect?

The user interface resembles the well-known ChatGPT and is designed to be very intuitive. The system is based on royalty-free open-source software. A major advantage: All AI-generated responses are not subject to copyright and can be used freely—even for commercial purposes.

Understanding the User Interface

After logging in, you will see a clear and organised chat interface. In the centre of the main workspace, you can see your conversation with the AI, along with the input field for your questions and instructions. In the bottom right corner, you can choose from different AI models, each of which is optimised for specific tasks. The model you select significantly impacts the AI’s response time and the quality of its answers. Experiment to find out which model works best for your current task.

Unlike many other cloud-based AI solutions, you have the freedom to choose from the available AI models in your setup. You can also test multiple models simultaneously. To do this, select multiple models using the comparison icon to receive different responses simultaneously. You can disable the comparison feature by deselecting individual models.

You can customise the cscope Enterprise AI to suit your specific needs by leveraging its built-in knowledge, its ability to search the internet and the additional information that is permanently stored. This knowledge is stored on the server and can be used to inform all future queries. The data never leaves the Enterprise AI server!

To add information about Enterprise AI, select 'Workspace' in the left-hand sidebar, then select 'Knowledge'. Click the 'Create' button to create one or more collections containing your documents. Each collection must be given a name. You can upload Office files and PDFs, as well as files in other formats in some cases.

You can restrict access to this local knowledge to specific individuals or groups using finely tuned access permissions. Of course, individual documents or even entire knowledge collections can be deleted at any time.

rEnterprise AI features for optimizing Responses

You can edit the Enterprise AI's responses before copying them, copy them, or rate them. You can also use the 'Regenerate Response' feature to request changes, ask the AI for a new response or shorter/longer versions of the response.

The suggested follow-up questions often offer interesting additional insights into your topic.

Communicating successfully with AI: The art of prompting

The quality of AI responses largely depends on how precisely and in detail you phrase your questions. A good 'prompt' – that's what the instruction to the AI is called – is the key to excellent results. Here are the most important basic rules:

Explain complex concepts in an understandable way and provide practical examples.
