The Chall­enge:

Netz­werk Wis­sen is the well-known brand for con­ti­nuing medi­cal edu­ca­ti­on for radio­lo­gists and staff at radio­lo­gy prac­ti­ces. The goal of the relaunch was to pre­sent the com­ple­te ran­ge of con­ti­nuing edu­ca­ti­on cour­ses via a plat­form that the cli­ent could easi­ly mana­ge and update, and to digi­ti­ze and auto­ma­te the boo­king pro­cess for the­se courses.

Our solu­ti­on:

cscope desi­gned the plat­form based on the Typo3 CMS to meet the hig­hest secu­ri­ty stan­dards for pro­ces­sing sen­si­ti­ve end-cus­to­mer data. Spe­cial input forms were deve­lo­ped for the back end to enable the con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on and updating of cour­se offerings—including the opti­on to down­load cour­se information—with as litt­le effort as possible.

At the same time, the enti­re boo­king pro­cess was auto­ma­ted using a shop sys­tem based on the Typo3 CMS: All data ente­red by the cus­to­mer is stored in a struc­tu­red man­ner within the soft­ware solu­ti­on. This allows the por­tal, on the provider’s side, to simul­ta­neous­ly mana­ge par­ti­ci­pan­ts for the offe­red trai­ning cour­ses: The­re is no lon­ger any need to update par­ti­ci­pant lists, cour­se enroll­ment lists, etc., sin­ce all data is always main­tai­ned in real time in a sin­gle instance.

To ensu­re that the offe­rings remain easi­ly acces­si­ble to the ben­der group’s medi­cal sales force, all data is also available on mobi­le devices after appro­pria­te authen­ti­ca­ti­on. Fur­ther expan­si­on opti­ons include full pay­ment pro­ces­sing, inte­gra­ti­on with com­mon CRM sys­tems, and a forum for regis­tered par­ti­ci­pan­ts to share experiences.
