Relaunch of Project Communications for the New Leasing of the “Sapporobogen München” Commercial Property

As part of c‑scope’s invol­vement with its part­ner agen­cy vierzehn02, c‑scope deve­lo­ped and imple­men­ted a com­pre­hen­si­ve stra­tegy com­pri­sing mar­ke­ting and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on mea­su­res to attract ten­ants for appro­xi­m­ate­ly 20,000 squa­re met­res of com­mer­cial space in the high-rise buil­ding at Munich’s Sap­po­ro­bo­gen fol­lo­wing its com­ple­te refur­bish­ment.
The fol­lo­wing have been imple­men­ted to date:

  • Cor­po­ra­te iden­ti­ty deve­lo­p­ment and relaunch of all media (print, online, social media, exter­nal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons, phy­si­cal assets)
  • Cul­tu­ral events, inclu­ding the launch of the “Tem­po­ra­ry Art Gal­lery”, fea­turing spec­ta­cu­lar exhi­bi­ti­ons, events and part­ners to pro­mo­te the venue to the gene­ral public
  • Ongo­ing sup­port for pro­per­ty owners and real estate agents in mar­ke­ting their pro­per­ties through mai­lings, mar­ke­ting mate­ri­als, etc.
