Relaunch of Project Communications for the New Leasing of the “Sapporobogen München” Commercial Property
As part of c‑scope’s involvement with its partner agency vierzehn02, c‑scope developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy comprising marketing and communication measures to attract tenants for approximately 20,000 square metres of commercial space in the high-rise building at Munich’s Sapporobogen following its complete refurbishment.
The following have been implemented to date:
- Corporate identity development and relaunch of all media (print, online, social media, external communications, physical assets)
- Cultural events, including the launch of the “Temporary Art Gallery”, featuring spectacular exhibitions, events and partners to promote the venue to the general public
- Ongoing support for property owners and real estate agents in marketing their properties through mailings, marketing materials, etc.
